Not only did the hotel go above and beyond by returning my forgotten shower bag promptly, but the heating and air conditioning in the room were perfectly regulated for a comfortable stay regardless of the weather outside. the spacious sitting area was tastefully decorated, providing a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring Alberobello. the presence of cookware and kitchen utensils in the room allowed me to enjoy some homemade meals, adding a homely feel to my vacation. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime, and the staff's recommendation of nearby restaurants ensured I had a delightful culinary experience.
